Jack Casetta

A certified specialist in workers' compensation, Mr. Casetta has represented injured workers for over fifteen years. He obtained his B.A. from U.C. Berkeley and his J.D. from Whittier Law School. In addition, he is a certified mediator with substantial experience mediating disputes involving landlord/tenant, consumer and family law issues.

Mr. Casetta is the author of United States v. Paradise: Court-Ordered Affirmative Action to Remedy Racially Discriminatory Hiring Practices, Whittier Law Review, 1987.

He began his legal career in Southern California in the entertainment industry as a movie and television contract analyst for Paramount and Columbia Pictures.
