Frank Russo, of counsel
The founder of the firm, with over twenty years of experience advocating on behalf of injured workers, Mr. Russo is one of the leading lights in workers' compensation in California. Although he transitioned to "of counsel" status as of January 1, 2005 and is no longer actively litigating cases, Mr. Russo continues to provide guidance to the firm.
A graduate of Yale University and U.C. Berkeley's Boalt Hall School of Law, Mr. Russo has had a distinguished career which has included serving as legal counsel to the Speaker of the California Assembly, president of the California Applicant's Attorney's Association and sitting as a judge pro tem at the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board. Mr. Russo has written extensively on workers' compensation including California Workers' Compensation Practice (Fourth Edition), and Continuing Education of the Bar-California (2000).
Frank D. Russo created and publishes the
California Progress Report and has been active in California politics for 40 years.
